Initial Consultation
It all starts with a thorough assessment. Part of your first time in the clinic room will be dedicated to getting a thorough understanding of where you are in your current state. Depending on the issues you present with, we may assess your stability, mobility, flexibility, strength, posture and movement patterns to identify exactly where you need attention in your treatment. We will also look at how we can help you maintain and progress on your treatment results outside the clinic room and aim to work alongside any other health professionals you are currently getting help from.
I recommend this treatment option to all new clients, so that we have the best possible chance of identifying how I can help you. The appointment time will be split between a 30 minute assessment and 1 hour treatment.

General Treatment
For returning clients, a general treatment will include a 10-15 minute assessment to check in and make sure we are progressing in the right direction (and modifications of any treatment plans, exercise prescriptions, or behaviour modification plans where necessary). The remainder of the treatment time will be dedicated to remedial massage body work.
I recommend this treatment option to returning clients with multiple areas requiring attention, new issues, chronic problems, or returning to treatment after a while off.
60 mins | $90 (Panoramic Vitality & Performance Members $80)
Maintenance Treatment
If you’re a returning client looking to maintain the progress we’ve made through our treatments, the maintenance treatment options may be right for you. The appointment will include a short assessment (approximately 5 minutes) to ensure that you’re continuing to maintain the benefits of your sessions, and the remainder of the appointment will be dedicated to remedial massage treatment.
I recommend this treatment option to returning clients with identified issues that we have managed to make significant progress with through prior treatments.

Other Treatment Options
Pre or post sports event/competition remedial massage treatments are available to current clients. If you’d like to book Keep BNU for your upcoming event, feel free to get in contact with me!
Health rebates are available for all bookings.
Please note that all assessment/treatment times within the duration of an appointment are approximations only. Times may vary depending on the specifics of the presenting ailments.
If we determine that remedial massage treatment is not suitable for your presenting ailment through our assessment process, you will not be charged for your appointment. We will discuss referring you to a more suitable health professional at that time.
Cancellations: Please note that if you are unwell, I ask that you do not attend your appointment and to please get in touch with me as soon as practical. You will not be charged for bookings you are unable to attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances if you make contact at least 1 hour ahead of the appointment time. Any cancellations within 1 hour of the appointment time may attract a fee of 50% of the booking cost.
